Requesting a quote does not obligate you to purchase services from us, nor does it obligate us to provide services. All quotes are subject to our confirmation and availability.

3.3 Quote Validity

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices and availability may change.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request. We reserve the right to reject requests that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

4.2 Communication

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your quote request and related services.

5. Service Terms

All services are subject to scheduling availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, but cannot guarantee specific dates or times until confirmed.

5.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

5.3 Subcontractors

We may, at our discretion, employ subcontractors to perform services. All subcontractors will be held to our quality standards.

5.4 Certifications and Compliance

For services requiring certifications (such as EICR, Gas, and EPC certificates), we comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Copies of certifications are available upon request.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your formal quote or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods which will be specified in your quote.

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and Reschedules

7.1 By Customer

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.

7.2 By Company

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, or equipment failure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any changes.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

8.1 Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a period specified in your formal quote from the date of service completion. This guarantee is subject to proper use and maintenance.

8.2 Manufacturer Warranties

For materials and equipment, manufacturer warranties apply. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.

8.3 Exclusions

Our guarantees and warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Liability Limitations

Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
